Send Your Extruder Housing:
- Deliver your extruder’s housing body, whether individual or assembled, to our specialized service centers located in Geldrop and Hull.
Technical Inspection and Planning:
- Our technicians will thoroughly inspect the housing to evaluate its condition upon arrival. This step determines the best approach for removing the worn sleeve and preparing for the new sleeve insertion.
Precision Sleeve Removal and Insertion:
- Utilizing state-of-the-art tools and techniques, our team carefully removes the old sleeve and precisely installs a new one, ensuring each sleeve fits flawlessly without compromising the integrity of the housing.

- On-site Service: Alternatively, we can visit your site with our mobile scanner, which generally requires 1-3 days for scanning, depending on the volume of parts, followed by two weeks for drawing creation and one week for proposal development.
Engineering and Drafting:
- Our skilled engineers use the scanned data to create precise drawings and models of the part, ensuring all details are meticulously replicated or enhanced as per your requirements.
Client Verification and Modifications:
- If the part can be derived from one of our existing drawings, we will work with you to confirm specific dimensions such as length, width, or thickness that you could easily measure. This step ensures that full-scale reverse engineering is only conducted when absolutely necessary, saving time and resources.
Quote and Fabrication Approval:
- We will provide a comprehensive quote once the drawings are approved and dimensions verified. Upon approval, we proceed with the fabrication of the part.
